Pre-Order Information

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is a reservation for an item not yet available for sale. Each pre-order item includes an estimated delivery date.

Pre-Order Order Types

• Mixed Orders: Items currently available and pre-order items will be dispatched at different times, with a single shipping charge.
• Pre-Order Items with Different Dates: Products will ship together on the latest estimated delivery date.

Important:

• Pre-order purchases can only be made with a Credit Card
• You’ll receive a confirmation email upon package shipping

Browsing the Catalog

1. Select a category from the list
2. Click on product photos for detailed view

Product Page Details

On each product page, you’ll find:

• Available sizes and colors
• Product description
• Item composition
• Zoom function for detailed image viewing

Adding to Shopping Bag

• Select size and color (if applicable)
• Click “ADD TO SHOPPING BAG”
• Choose to checkout or continue browsing

PayPal Payment

Shipping Information

Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping: 5-8 working days
• Express Shipping: 2-4 working days
• ARTBURO Personal Courier Service: One business day

Notes:

• Delivery times include working days only
• UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or General Delivery addresses

Tracking Delivery

• Track using DHL Tracking Number
• Available in “My Order” or shipping confirmation email
• Registered users can check order status in “My Account”

Returns and Refunds

Return Procedure

• Return items within 20 days of delivery
• Items must be in original condition with tags attached
• Options:

1. Use pre-printed DHL label (flat $10 return fee)
2. Use your own courier (no return fee)

Refund Processing

Refund Times:

• Credit/Debit Card: Depends on card company policies
• PayPal: Visible within 24 hours of confirmation email
