PRE-ORDER

A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. An estimated delivery date is indicated for each pre-order item within the product page.

 – Mixed order consisting of currently available and pre-order items: the products will be dispatched at two different times, but you will be charged only once for the shipping fees 

Order consisting of pre-order items with different delivery dates: the products will be shipped together on the latest estimated delivery date. 

 In any case, you will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as the package is shipped. The purchase of pre-order items can be made with Credit Card only.

DETAILS OF THE PRODUCT

 On each product page, you will find all available sizes and colors, a description and the composition of the item.

You can enlarge the image for a closer look by using the zoom function.

ADDING PRODUCTS TO YOUR SHOPPING BAG

 To add a product to your Shopping Bag select the size and color, then click on ADD TO SHOPPING BAG. If only one size and/or color is available, it is not necessary to select them to complete your purchase.

You can decide to proceed directly to checkout, or to continue browsing our site.

THE SHOPPING BAG

 On the first page of the Shopping Bag you can find the shipping method and the payment method details.

The total amount of the order that you see on the first page of the Shopping Bag will be the exact amount for which you will be charged. Sales Tax will be applied to orders according to the State of the shipping address: please see the Payments and Refunds section for more details.

Once you are ready to place the order, go to the next page to proceed with the purchase.

COMPLETING YOUR ORDER

 To complete your order, you must enter your delivery details in the Shipping Page and insert your Credit or Debit Card information (if you have chosen this method of payment) in the Payment Page.

All details of your order can be reviewed in the Order Confirmation Page. Please remember that, once an order is completed, it cannot be modified in any way.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

You can choose to pay with Credit Card or Debit Card on the first page of your Shopping Bag.

We accept: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Before paying with Visa ELECTRON you must obtain authorisation by the issuer for online purchase.

If you choose to pay with a pre-paid Card, remember to keep it and not throw it away after making your purchase, as you may need it in the case of refund.

We guarantee the highest security level for every purchase. Payment and delivery data are collected through the most technologically advanced codification systems (SSL) and our store uses a VeriSign secure server and an ATW certificate to ensure maximum protection.

PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL

You may select PayPal as a payment method on the first page of your Shopping Bag. 

By clicking on CONCLUDE YOUR ORDER, after having confirmed the details of your purchase, you will be taken to the PayPal login page where you can enter your account and conclude your payment.

If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create one from the PayPal login page, before concluding your order.

Due to the nature of a fine art craft and differences in leather products due to age, wear and other unforeseen factors, slight variations may occur. ARTBURO Personalization assures the quality of our work and we make it a point to quality check each piece before it comes back to you.

We have made every effort to accurately display the colors of our art on our site, yet we cannot guarantee that your display will reflect them with 100% accuracy.

For starters, because this is a luxury, one-of-a-kind service where we design specifically for you there is no run of the mill “shopping cart . ” We’ll work with you until you get exactly what you want, no exceptions. Below is some more info on the nitty gritty of the order process

On the contact page you will find a brief form. Fill that out and one of our porters will contact you immediately to answer any and all questions and take your order

2. SHIP YOUR ITEM

A free shipping kit with everything you need to safely send your bag to us will be provided for you. All you need to do is pack and ship once received.

HOW TO PLACE A SPECIAL ORDER?

Upon request, our craftsmen can customize your products.

If interested, do not hesitate to contact your closest store or our Client Services, who will provide you with more information on the creation of your special order.

WHAT IS THE ARTBURO SECURITY POLICY?

Everybody can navigate artburo.com without registering personal information.

However, when creating an account and ticking the “Digital Communication” box, a Artburo website member agrees to be contacted with invitations to Artburo events, information on the brand and its products or customer satisfaction surveys.

Moreover, when placing an order, Artburo collects all the data of the customer needed for the shipping and billing processes: name, addresses, email.

Artburo only provides the information needed to complete the order process, to its trusted third-party partners, namely bank institutions and shipping partners.

Artburo does not keep any credit card information.
