Sculptural Objects by ARTBURO
At a certain moment, a fashion object begins to transform.
It is no longer only an accessory.
It becomes something else — an artifact.
RELICS is a sculptural project by ARTBURO exploring the idea of the Hermès Birkin bag as a timeless object.
An object that could exist beyond trend, beyond fashion — as sculpture.
The project investigates the transformation of the bag through different materials, structures and symbolic languages:
crystal, feather textures, mineral surfaces and jewellery architecture.
Some works exist today as conceptual studies and visual compositions.
Others are currently being developed as physical sculptures.
Together they form a growing body of sculptural works exploring the boundary between fashion, art and object.
