We offer customization and personalization services “as is,” and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

3. Customization Services

All customizations, including but not limited to hand-painted designs on luxury bags, are done per the client’s request and are highly individualized. Once completed, these items are not subject to return, exchange, or refund. Clients agree to take full responsibility for the design’s final result. Any dissatisfaction with the result will not constitute grounds for legal action against DIGI MIRROR LTD or its artists.

4. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All designs, images, and content produced as part of our customization services remain the intellectual property of the respective artists. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the final product for personal purposes only. Any attempt to copy, distribute, or otherwise reproduce the customized product or design without prior written consent from DIGI MIRROR LTD or the artist will result in legal action.

5. Client Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that any luxury items sent for customization are legally owned and free from any claims or restrictions. DIGI MIRROR LTD is not responsible for verifying the authenticity or legal standing of these items. Any legal issues arising from the ownership of the item rest solely with the client.

6. Payment and Shipping

All payments must be made upfront, and no work will begin until full payment is received. Shipping costs, insurance, and taxes are the client’s responsibility, and DIGI MIRROR LTD is not liable for any loss or damage incurred during shipping.

7. Non-Refundable Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the customization process has started. Clients are encouraged to communicate any specific preferences or concerns before work begins to avoid misunderstandings.

8. Copyright Disputes

Artburo respects intellectual property rights and expects clients to ensure that any artwork they request does not violate third-party copyrights. Any claims of copyright infringement must be directed to the client, and DIGI MIRROR LTDdisclaims all liability for such disputes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Mauritius. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
